I am excited to introduce myself as the CEO and Founder of Fanci Event
Servers, Francine Mitchell. I was born and raised in the South Suburban Chicagoland area. I am the
proud parent of 23-year-old twins, Mariano (class of 2022 graduate of Howard University) and
Marcano (continued his studies at a Community College). I also have two fur babies Lucy Lu and Fancy
Fance that I love more than life itself.

Growing up in an impoverished neighborhood has always inspired me to make a difference in my life
and others as well. While running my own business, I still work for corporate America, and I love
working out and traveling. Between my job and lifestyle, I have attended many events where I have
witnessed horrible food service! I learned the hard way during the planning of my own 47th
birthday/graduation party. I could not find anyone to serve my food which was extremely important to
me in the covid era. I wanted to keep everyone safe and have professional servers. Who would have
known that this would be such a challenge.

I knew then the desperate need for good service in the hospitality industry. It was time for me to follow
my first mind and pursue my dreams of being an entrepreneur. It was time for me to start my own
event serving service! Fancy event servers recognize the fact that when you have a special occasion or
special event, you want to enjoy your guest. With my service you won’t be worried about your guest
